- 6 months renewable contract role
- 5 days work week - Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
· Support all industry engagement events conferences, launches etc.
· Provide support to all business units in all communication collaterals such as technology brochures, websites, presentation slides, posters
· Manage external vendors for events support, collateral, video productions and corporate gifts
· Plan, manage and develop content across various mediums such as eNewsletters, videos, social media posts, to support business needs
Requirements:
· Diploma or University degree in communications or a relevant field.
· Highly motivated self-starter with positive attitude
· Strong project management skills, including managing multiple events simultaneously, budgeting, multitasking, time management and meticulous attention to detail
· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
· Good team player, able to deal with changes in plans and work with wide-ranging stakeholders
· Ability to multitask, meticulous, and possesses good time management
· Strong written and communication skills
