Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment of employees.
- To provide effective sales strategies, and increase company revenue.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and PR plans in alignment with the company goals.

- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all communication channels.

- To generate engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, and websites.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies. To plan and coordinate events, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and PR performance statistics.
- To generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement if there is any.
- Propose and implement innovative marketing and PR campaigns to capture the target audience's attention. Stay alert of industry trends and emerging marketing and PR practices.
- To manage the marketing and PR budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- To come out with training ideas to internal teams on effective communication and branding.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the Marketing
- Good knowledge in the construction / interior design market
- Fluent in Multi-languages (English and Mandarin)
- Strong attention to details
- Good team work
- Must have passion and self-motivation to work
