Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated staff to join our team as a Condominium General Cleaner. As a General Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises.

Condominium ( NorthEast/MRT Red Line) Toa Payoh
Job Scope :
- Washing of common and handicap toilets to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors’ use. Sweeping and mopping of management office to ensure cleanliness.
- Cleaning and wiping of security counter.
- Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift lobbies, carpark and ramp area rubbish.
- Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
- Clearing the common rubbish bins and washing the bin centre surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.
- Sweeping the tennis court, ball court and table tennis area.
- Area compound cleaning to maintain cleaning standards.
- Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
- Informing any matters/feedback to the supervisor when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :
- Applicants without experience are welcomed to apply
- Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holiday.
- Willing to work as a team
- Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage
