- Daily Air Freight Operations (Export & Import):
- Execute AWB processes and ensure timely cargo lodgment with airlines.
- Maintain accurate data updates in accordance with airline requirements, including cargo labeling if necessary.
- Print AWBs and generate all essential documents.
- Update FWB/FHL/SATS Cargo Pre-Lodge.
- Dispatch pre-alerts to overseas agents.
- Coordinate air cargo bookings with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
- Provide guidance and assistance in air cargo operations.
- Assist in organizing import shipments and managing delivery arrangements.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to all emails.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders for efficient shipment execution.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
