Job Responsibilities
- Provide system administration and maintenance support to CCS servers, network equipment, peripheral devices, surveillance system, office equipment, etc.
- Monitor equipment status on a daily basis, which includes but not limited to disk space, CPU and memory utilization.
- Provide desktop support to end users. These include CCTV and PABX systems.
- Managed outsourced cloud service provider, maintaining SLAs, server/appliance uptime.
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance, support and problem resolution.
- Participate in business and IT projects, providing advice to company on IT infrastructure best practices, and contributing to the projects beyond Infrastructure field.
- Procure and dispose assets.
- Create/maintain documentations on procedures, guidelines and standards.
- Perform all tasks in accordance to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including Personal Data Protection Act.
- Adhere to Company’s policies (including PDPA and staff-related) and procedures diligently, carry out duties in accordance to the specified service level and in good governance, observe client’s information confidentiality, and conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external parties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- 2- 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Service Support, Technical, Troubleshooting, & User Engagement.
