- Provide management and direction of Architectural matters.
- Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with sub-contractor and internal staff to ensure project is completed according to requirement.
- Leading a team of Engineers from various departments.
- Liaising with subcontractors, project as well as clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitors the quality and progress of the discipline on the project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of architectural work experience with relevant professional Degree.
- At least 5 years of architectural work experience in the design for rail projects of similar scale and complexity.
