Location: Changi
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and bookings in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, overseas agents, and internal colleagues for shipment arrangements.
- Prepare essential documentation, including AWB, billings, permit declarations, pre-alerts, etc.
- Report to the Operations Manager.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Other Details:
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
- Work location: Changi Airfreight Centre.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Possess a positive working attitude.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience is required; related experience is a plus.
