Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full set of accounts for two (2) outlets. Moving forward, any expansion of more outlets will be under your purview as well. Appropriate manpower resources proportional to workload will be allocated accordingly as well.
- Support overall accounting functions which include preparation of finance and management reports, and costing.
- Reports, fixed assets register, bank/account payable/ accounts receivable/inventory reconciliations, stock and inventory recording and taxation matters.
- Manage all local regulatory and taxation compliance matters including tax computations, tax return
- submission, and tax payments/refunds, including GST and other tax matters.
- Responsible for payroll processing including liaising with payroll providers, preparing payroll, provision preparation for salary and benefit incentives, employee tax returns and HR filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as MOM, CPF, IRAS AND ACRA.
- Support in HR functions including but not limited to processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical
- and claim matters work pass applications.
- IT integration between restaurants, warehousing and offices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the director.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or Professional Qualification in
- Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Team player who is proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Able to manage, guide and lead peers
- Self-starting, able to work independently and also work collaboratively as part of a team
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical accounting background
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Business Central
- Knowledge of internal controls and statutory regulations
