The company has a significant presence in Singapore and the rest of Asia in terms of its reputable market position in developing high quality manufacturing and customized product solutions, and takes pride in ensuring a high level of end-to-end Advanced Engineering and R&D Operational Excellence to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.
They are looking to hire a strategic Design for Test (DFT) Lead, a Subject Matter Expert who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring a smooth flow of end to end product quality and on-time tape-outs processes within various sites in Asia and beyond, optimally supporting complex customer requirements by means of spearheading strategic technical DFT Test Scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Engineering Director, and this position will be focusing on the below:
1. Spearhead and deep dive analysis into engineering and quality risk management with the objective to enhance process improvement initiatives specific to integrated digital chip design and SoC, specific to key deliverables such as scan insertion, boundary scan, MBIST, ATPG using standard EDA tools.
2. Actively work with cross functions such as Frontend RTL Design and Design Verification teams based in the region to develop and implement low-power DFT architecture and infrastructure.
3. Ensure timely monitoring and control of structural test vectors, including that of analyzing and improving coverage, test time and test cost whilst performing required Test Simulations.
4. Lead process improvements to optimize the DFT methodology to make happen smooth Tape-Out for low-power SoC chips etc.
Candidate Profile Singapore • Permanent
1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 -12 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Engineering Management experience in a complex Advanced Technology Solutions business
2. Proven track record in acquired solution oriented mind set to deal with complex and customized Digital Chip Design activities
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders
