- Support the Technical section in the Power and Renewables team for the development of Renewable Generation Projects
- Perform site assessments and evaluate engineering designs for ground mounted solar projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow up on the detail engineering phase with selected partners, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and relevant legal requirements of the Renewable Generation Projects
- Support the execution of Renewable Generation Projects with strict compliance of HSE, Environmental, Quality and Keppel relevant policies
- Supervise and oversee the on-site construction and commissioning processes to ensure the projects meet the design specifications
- Provide technical input for Operation & Maintenance activities (such as O&M manual, solar monitoring setup, etc.)
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve project delivery continuously
- Ensure proper coordination between the Renewable Generation Projects and the rest of the Keppel stakeholders involved in the development of the Power Generation and Transmission Projects
- To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
Requirement
- A Diploma in Electrical or Energy Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including AC and DC systems
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as PVsyst, Helioscope, SolarGIS, and Homer Pro
- Proficiency in AutoCad
- Detailed knowledge and experience of modern Health, Safety and Environmental practices
- Good understanding, technical knowledge and experience in the Design and/or Construction of large-scale ground mounted Solar PV Power Project
