Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Training and Operation team to coach front-line staff onto promoting wines / spirits sales as well as basic wine knowledge
- Responsible for in-store coaching of front line staff
- Develop and motivate Operations team member
- Coordinate and conduct tasting days
- Track and research beverage trends
- Develop strategies utilizing market and consumer trend information
Job Requirements
- WSET 3 Certification or related Certification as a sommelier or a degree in relevant
- At least 3 years of working experience
