Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Transport Allowance $100 + Shift Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat);
1st shift: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
2nd shift: Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm; Sat: 1pm to 5pm)
3rd shift: Monday to Friday (3pm to 12am; Sat: 3pm to 7pm)
- Location: Changi Cargo Megaplex
Job Scope:
- Prepare essential documentation including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
- Perform cargo labeling tasks
- Record cost and revenue data within the Kewill system
- Establish connections for customer EDI integration, if needed, in the Kewill system
- Provide customers with flight information and Proof of Delivery (POD) for Door-to-Door shipments
- Send pre-alert emails to destination stations as necessary
- Post pre-alerts from the Kewill system to respective destination stations
- Coordinate with destination stations to secure POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Update mandatory milestones within the Kewill track and trace system
- Occasionally, assist with the lifting and shifting of cartons for cargo labeling
- Inspect physical cargo to determine if any repacking is necessary
- Occasionally, travel to customer locations or alternate work sites
- Follow up with carriers and co-loaders for potential off-loading situations
