Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships via cold-calling
- Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience
- Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
- Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Inside Sales Qualifications / Skills:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual and/or office admin assistant.
- Ability to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions.
- Excellent sense of work prioritization.
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to set and maintain high standard of work quality.
- Meticulous in carrying out duties and tasks.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions or improve ways of doing things.
