OBJECTIVE:
§ To exponentially grow IDEX Energy business in SEA by
o Capturing growth waves of existing business (Liquid Controls and Corken)
o Developing and executing market penetration/sales strategy for FMD and Toptech business in SEA
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
§ Deeply understand the SEA market, competition strategy and growth opportunities - develop and deploy channel strategy to best capture the growth waves.
§ Drive initiatives to meet or exceed orders commitments and year over year growth plans (Targeted above 15% growth YOY for next 3 years with complete Energy portfolio)
§ Develop a process to strategically engage current channels in orders forecasting, projects pursuit, inventory management, short term, and long-term investments
§ Own the channel and drive channel partners to commit while supporting them as may be required on the Techno-Commercial front.
§ Understand the SEA market potential, key drivers, competition, and price point for FMD and TopTech portfolio
§ Develop penetration strategy by identifying early successes and potential follow-on successes/big breaks
§ Work with Asia leadership and BU Stakeholders to deploy the strategy (direct/indirect channels, marketing, brand awareness, projects pursuit, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical or Related)
§ Proven track record of success in sales and marketing – both with direct and indirect (channel partners)
§ At least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry covering all segments – upstream, midstream and downstream
§ At least 5 years of experience in Flow measurement & related technologies/solutions
§ Regional experience in SEA preferred
§ Must be able to persuade internally as well as externally – strong communication and analytical skills required
