Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
- Handle all Work Pass matters, from applications to renewals and cancellations for WP, SPASS, and EP.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new warehouse staff at the Tuas Warehouse and assist with Work Pass issuance.
- Maintain and update personnel records accurately.
- Prepare recruitment reports for management review.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for HR and administrative tasks.
- Assist in setting up laptops with IT requirements for new hires.
- Perform any additional duties or projects assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR recruitment experience
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is highly preferred but not required
- The incumbent must represent company with professionalism and integrity, aligning with the company code of conduct and compliance policies
