Job Description:
As an Operations Associate in Singapore, you will be an important bridge between the Singapore and Shenzhen teams in China, ensuring the smooth operation of both operations. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations in Singapore, including but not limited to administration, project coordination and internal and external communications.
Main responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact point between the Singapore and Shenzhen teams to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office, including document management, meeting scheduling and logistics support.
Coordinate projects between Singapore and Shenzhen, track project progress, and resolve related issues in a timely manner.
Organize and participate in important meetings, prepare meeting minutes and reports.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a background in business administration, international trade or related fields preferred.
At least 2 years relevant working experience, experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, able to act as a bridge between the Singapore and China teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to carry out work in an orderly manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
Ability to work autonomously and solve problems.
