Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to retail operations which includes new stores opening and closing, new products launches and events
- Verify and compilation of sales related commission / incentives / push monies etc.
- Inventory management – support regular stock take as planned by Management to meet Licensing requirements.
- Application of Airport passes
- Responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Manage and upkeep inventory supplies
- Scheduling of operations meetings, sending invites & facilitating of booking of venues.
- Compilations of reports, presentation for internal meetings.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of operations administrative experiences
- Experience working in Travel Retail / Retail industry
