Job Description
- Able to provide on site end users; applications, desktops/laptop; mobile device and video conferencing system support
- Able to provide remote and on site server and networking support on the first and second level
- To identify and implement new technologies to benefit the business and the user experience
- Responsible for any adhoc duties and projects if needed
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting end users environment regionally
- Has experience supporting Azure AD, Citrix as well as Mobile Device Management
- Has experience working in the financial services industry would be an advantage
