Our client, one of world’s largest financial services institutions is looking for:
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of a Cards Rewards Portfolio, including planning activities that drive lower cost redemption, campaign planning & execution, connecting with merchants and contract management.
- Oversee 2 staff to achieve Rewards goals and targets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the execution of monthly Instarewards campaign. This includes campaign mechanics , campaign set up, promotions and communications (owned and external channels).
- Lead all monthly reporting to ensure they are completed accurately and on time and disseminated to various stakeholders.
- Onboard and manage partners for Rewards program, including contract management, renewals, negotiations.
- Rewards technology projects around redemption through external APIs. Provide requirements, oversee execution, communicate with merchants, and internal stakeholders. Oversee rollout and customer launch communications.
- Responsible for annual budgeting & planning exercise for Rewards team.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders that cut across product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory and compliance teams that touches various technical platforms and able to deliver to deadlines
