About Our Client
My client is a newly established online travel and leisure booking platform; with huge growth potential of providing an extensive range of unique experiences and activities - with an initial focus on Singapore and other Asian countries.
Seeking to expand its inventory and establish partnerships with travel service providers, my client prioritises delivering a prestigious and seamless booking experience for its users.
Job Description
- Develop new products; ensuring that they meet market demand and enhance the platform's services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to make informed adjustments to product strategies and maximise sales.
- Collaborate with local operators to develop exclusive itineraries and arrangements.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth launch processes for new products, review operational instructions and maintain updated materials.
The Successful Applicant
- About 2 years of Product Management experience in relevant industries - Tourism | Travel | Hospitality
- Business Mandarin (ie. spoken and written) is required as you will be engaging with a targeted customer base who is mostly only fluent in Mandarin
