Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to product delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assess their requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals to customers in response to their inquiries.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Arrange for valve surveyor testing if required.
- Provide Delivery Note/Shipping documents/valve certificates for customer orders.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing prompt and professional service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Candidates with valve experience or in a related field are preferred.
- Candidates with no experience but have interest and are willing to learn will also be considered.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Hardworking and responsible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- A good team player.
