Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, order processing, table setup, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Cashiering: Efficiently handle basic cashiering tasks.
- Service Standards: Uphold service standards set by the Food and Beverage department.
- Guest Relations: Address guest complaints effectively and escalate issues to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
- Post-service Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards within the designated section after service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
