Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage and organize customer queues to enhance the dining experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order processing, serving customers, and maintaining table cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information as needed.
- Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises at all times.
- Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to chefs and cooks by assisting in ingredient preparation.
Location: Central, West & East
- Workdays: 5 days per week, with overtime payable.
- Weekly Hours: 44 hours, with overtime pay applicable.
- Annual Leave: 14 days.
