Restaurant Service Captain/Guest Experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Efficiently manage and organize customer queues to enhance the dining experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order processing, serving customers, and maintaining table cleanliness.
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information as needed.
  • Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises at all times.
  • Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to chefs and cooks by assisting in ingredient preparation.

Location: Central, West & East

  • Workdays: 5 days per week, with overtime payable.
  • Weekly Hours: 44 hours, with overtime pay applicable.
  • Annual Leave: 14 days.
