Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the whole warehouse operations and in charge of day-to-day inventory and distribution management.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely.
- Plan and organize to meet delivery order.
- Supervise organizing, arranging, and rearranging of items in an orderly manner in a warehouse to achieve optimized usage of warehouse space.
- Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Train the workforce and supervisors and seek continuous improvement.
- Ensure general housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Master's Degree in any decepline.
- Minimum 10 (Ten) years experience.
- Must able to work Shift basis either Day nor Night.
- Proven ability: to monitor, lead & train a team to carry out their daily work duties accordingly.
- A positive mindset to continuously strive & achieve high performance standard for the Warehouse.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
