WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Oriental System Interior Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the whole warehouse operations and in charge of day-to-day inventory and distribution management.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely.
  • Plan and organize to meet delivery order.
  • Supervise organizing, arranging, and rearranging of items in an orderly manner in a warehouse to achieve optimized usage of warehouse space.
  • Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Train the workforce and supervisors and seek continuous improvement.
  • Ensure general housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Master's Degree in any decepline.
  • Minimum 10 (Ten) years experience.
  • Must able to work Shift basis either Day nor Night.
  • Proven ability: to monitor, lead & train a team to carry out their daily work duties accordingly.
  • A positive mindset to continuously strive & achieve high performance standard for the Warehouse.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
