Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the production process.
- Develop work procedures, implement corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and analyze defects.
- Coordinate with customers to discuss product quality.
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- Knowledge in sputtering coating technology
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
- Candidates with experience in chemical processing will also be considered
