Responsibilities:
- Coordinate month-end closing with the outsourced Shared Service Centre.
- Perform daily accounting duties for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Manage inter-company transactions and conduct accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports.
- Generate weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee inventory control and management.
- Assist in periodic stock take and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Support year-end audit and tax computation processes.
- Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in accountancy with LCCI or related accounting knowledge.
- Minimum of 1/2 years of relevant working experience in commercial sectors.
- F&B experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Capable of meeting reporting deadlines and working under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good knowledge of Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
- Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered for the Senior Accounts Executive position.
