What You'll Do
You will be a value-led Consultant responsible for the realisation of tangible business impact for our customers, the design and implementation of processes to drive operational efficiencies, whilst implementing a culture of innovation, and fostering creativity to unlock new opportunities for your customers and Adobe Consulting.

What You'll Do
- Client facing business discovery workshops and billable project consulting executions covering Growth & Performance Marketing, Marketing Funnel optimization, Campaign & Journey improvements, increased customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across digital channels.
- Consult and improve clients Personalization strategies and outcomes leveraging and executing on: a) Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy , b) improved and optimized Customer Journeys & c) Content Supply Chain strategies.
- Understand and become a business practitioner and consultant of Adobe’s Digital Experience Products covering Marketing , Commerce & Experience.
- Work internally with Delivery & Solution consultants to engage with clients directly and deliver best business outcomes to clients’ Marketing, Digital and Technology teams.
- Work closely with Adobe’s Services Sales to create new opportunities for Services Consulting & Professional services sales in existing accounts on with new clients.
What you'll have
- Minimum 11-12 years’ experience with excellent client facing Consultative approach to Marketing, Customer Experience & Commerce improvements with superlative communication & presentation skills.
- Expertise In Growth & Performance Marketing advisory consulting covering Campaign performance, segmentation, planning, Workflow, A/B tests, Analytics and journey improvements.
- Hands on, deep expertise in Data Analysis & data strategy, customer experience to uncover insights and drive digital adoption with clients.
- Customer Experience consulting expertise covering Design Thinking CX Workshops, Persona definition, Customer Journeys maps & funnel optimization.
- Personalization & Content Supply Chain knowledge covering B2C Content Marketing- content planning, asset Management, scaling, tagging, to design to journeys, execution & analysis.
