Technical Sales Engineer Medical & Health Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Medical and Healthcare related products
- Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
- Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
- Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
- Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in an Engineering discipline, Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering with at least 3 years of sales experience in B2B environment and international organisation. Possess knowledge in any of the following areas a plus point:
- Knowledge in complex Service Solution selling
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity or other technological solutions
- Engagement with regulatory agencies
- Good account management skills.
- Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders.
- Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills

- 5 Days work week with GERMAN MNC
- Working location in WEST Hybrid working environment.
- Remuneration is on an On-Target Earning scheme based on 12 months
- Basic salary ranges from: $3.600 - $4800 + AWS + Variable bonus + Quarterly sales incentive + Attractive benefits + Gym facilities + Commission upon achieving KPIs
