Position Brief
- Overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the exclusive clubhouse, housekeeping, security etc. to manage efficiently the operations.
- Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets and maintaining operation costs within pre-approved budget.
- Regular on-going monitoring of staff to ensure the adherence to pre-established policies and procedures.
- Manpower planning and review productivity of the various departments and work closely with them to increase overall efficiency.
- Engage in effective communication with the stakeholders, management, colleagues, and guests, and cultivate good working relationships with them.
- Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve guests' experiences.
- Attainment and maintenance of service levels that exceed expectations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and the relevant legislations.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to boost targeted sales.
- Maintain and submit monthly report(s) to CEO & COO.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required
- At least 8 – 10 years of experience in hotel/F&B sector
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge in different business functions
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin for business communication needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Degree in Business/master’s in Business Management
