We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team while also assisting with sales coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
2. Assist in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and following up with clients.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
5. Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
6. Maintain and update customer databases.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Perform general office duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent multitasking abilities.
5. Knowledge of administration tasks.
6. Ability to conduct market research effectively.
7. Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit.
8. Diploma or post-secondary education in a relevant field.
