THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.
Responsibilities:
- To design, create and maintain various websites in DCS by providing friendly user experience and identifying customer user journey.
- To oversee projects in DCS by applying project management and Software Project Lifecycle knowledge
- To transform DCS's processes into automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- To develop and design process workflow based on requirement define by end-users.
- To drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned purpose KPI.
- To draft technical documentation on each workflow and conduct training to stakeholders using them
- To oversee DCS's IT system such as Odoo ERP, WordPress CMS, Business Process Automation, Enterprise Content Management.
- Ensure that IT-related tickets are resolve promptly and meet the Service Level Agreement set by the department.
- Ad-hoc tasks like Account Management for certain applications, Infrastructure supports and any assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT / Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software Systems / solutions.
- Experience with WordPress and proficient in one or more frontend framework (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
- Good understanding of information system technologies and software application.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java/Python/PHP).
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering. Data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in database and data analytics will be an advantage.
- Experience in frontend and backend web application development will be an advantage.
