Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting a $600K+ annual sales quota in NNARR.
- Reach and surpass sales goals by promoting revenue expansion in both current and untapped markets.
- Investigate and cultivate fresh business prospects to increase market share in Asia.
- Develop and preserve a solid rapport with important partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assure outstanding client pleasure by comprehending their demands and providing customized solutions.
- Determine and evaluate potential new markets in Asia.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to create and introduce innovative goods that are suited to the demands of the local market.
- Create and implement a thorough sales plan for the Asia-Pacific area that is in line with the overarching objectives of the business.
- Examine market patterns, spot openings, and offer perspectives to help direct sales campaigns.

- Participating in trade shows and industry events.
Job Requirements:
- Strong background in selling cloud-based software to major shipping and offshore companies in the marine industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet a sales target of more than $750k annually for the last three years.
- Experience at the C-level selling enterprise software.
- Capacity to oversee lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving several parties.
- Negotiating and networking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and vocal communication abilities.
- Self-motivation combined with the capacity to function in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
