Job Responsibilities:
• Printing shipping labels from Easyparcel / Qexpress / Ninja Van portal for customers
• Resolving issues like wrong shipping information during the delivery process and/or Lost Parcels
• Replying customers' queries on delivery status
• Customize productive methods to optimize the process of QC & picking.
• Responsible for warehouse operation: picking and packing based on the order invoice
• Perfom scanning and filtering of stocks
• Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, and stocking
• Handle any other Logistics related ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
• Ability to be independent, responsible and accountable
• Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
• Teamplayer and physically fit
• Able to carry heavy lifting items like cartons, boxes, etc
