Positon: Accounts Payable Accountant
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $3700
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and ensure the completeness of invoices and supporting documents from creditors and customers' security deposit refunds.
- Enter creditor invoices and security deposit refunds into the Accounting System.
- Process approved creditor invoices and security deposit refunds for payment.
- Prepare payments in the bank portal.
- Handle inquiries from creditors and customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments on invoice matters.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and drafting audited financial statements.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong team-player with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within tight timelines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
