Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Technical Operation Team, including repair work, routine servicing, maintenance tasks, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing expectations and building long-term relationships through quality service deliverables.
- Efficiently manage departmental resources to guarantee uninterrupted operations and service excellence.
- Regularly assess and enhance the team's competency levels through continuous training and improvement plans.
- Implement equipment refresh strategies for customers, ensuring their technical infrastructure remains up-to-date and efficient.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of service.
- Uphold strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Assurance (HSEA) regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Diagnose and repair M&E infrastructures within data centers, demonstrating advanced troubleshooting skills.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, supplemented by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of M&E services, with additional certifications such as Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark, or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) being highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and lead a technical team.
- Self-motivated, meticulous approach to work, with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred, facilitating on-site management and customer engagement.
