As a Finance Assistant Intern with Omnidesk, you would get to have hands on experience in:
- Assisting in Company’s internal day-to-day sales entries and collation of data
- To verify documentation and keep them in the system.
- To issue payment vouchers for filing of receipts/invoices.
- Check and verify on bills issued to the company before payment.
- Undertake special projects assigned by the finance team.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Role Requirements:
- Experience with office management software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Doc & Sheet etc.)
- Initiative, Organised and Detail Oriented Individual
- A good team player who is able to communicate and collaborate across the team and organization
Duration:
3 to 6 months
(Polytechnic/University students on school break are open to apply, fresh grads are welcome too!)
