Job Description

  • Perform troubleshooting of interworking issues associated to Cisco / Meraki / checkpoint / Fortinet network elements
  • Independently planning, deploy, integrate & migrate Cloud Native, Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Coordinate investigations and technical solutions, as required, across multiple technologies working with internal teams.
  • Meeting with customer regarding planning or optimization of their Infrastructure.
  • Establish a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with customers
  • Address end user issues on priority related to their desktops / laptops / wireless access points / etc
  • Handle any IMAC issues at client location
  • Address any networking issues on priority which may affect the Manufacturing function of the customer.
  • Generate standard project documentation including High Level Design, detailed low-level design, detailed implementation plan, and detailed test plan for highly complex networks.
  • Generate network device configurations from Low Level Design templates for highly complex networks.
  • Support pre-sales activity for highly complex networks including scoping the level of effort, making service proposal presentations
  • Plan and execute highly complex Container, Cloud Network, IMS and End user Upgrade and Migration activity
  • Lead design workshops/sharing knowledge with the team
  • Proactive Service & Support including device bug scrubs, migration strategy planning and new feature introduction
  • Assist customer with deployment and strategy of highly complex tools and related Network Management Systems
  • Understand existing customer network topology and limitation

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and become engaged in the other domains
  • Ability to work effectively in critical situations and exercise independent judgement
  • Customer Focused and Team Player mindset
  • At least one of the Cloud Native and Cloud certifications: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMware, AWS, Azure
  • Expert level experience in Cisco / Meraki / checkpoint / Fortinet network elements.
  • Experience in different Network troubleshooting and automation tools
  • Well versed with AMURAA® digital platform is a key requirement.
  • Mandatory certifications : CCNA, CCNP,
  • Any other certifications from CCIE, CCSA, CCSE, JNCIA, JNCIP, CEH will be a plus.
