Your Role:
To assess vehicle damages, assist customers in accident reporting, and claims and liaise with Insurance companies & surveyors to provide excellent customer service in vehicle collision repairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist customers in accident reporting, claims, and vehicle repairs.
- To assess vehicle damages and submit estimations to insurance companies.
- To liaise with surveyors, finalization of work, and submission of claims.
- To coordinate with a workshop on the progression of vehicle repairs.
- To update customers on work progress and collection date.
- To liaise with the Car Rental department and facilitate rental car usage for customers.
- To attend and resolve customers’ complaints and feedback.
- To build rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
- To conduct a visual inspection of vehicle condition before taking in the vehicle.
- To perform quality control (QC) checking on vehicles before customer collection.
- To ensure high levels of excellent customer service and contribute to achieving overall business objectives
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Possesses a valid class 3 license.
- Willing to perform 5.5 working days.
