Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales admin support / logistics / shipping documentation
- Minimum ‘O’/’A’ level / Diploma in any field
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle and manage order processing activities such as process order entry, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices using in-house system, process and enter incoming shipment details, scheduling delivery, purchase and inventories activities
- Coordinate and monitor all third party forwarders and shipping agents to ensure all relevant compliance and international trade terms are met for overseas transactions
- Be responsible for credit administration and follow up on the collection from customer
- Provide general administrative support to sales team
- Other ad hoc duties when required
