Our client is an established firm in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Executive / Assistant Manager to support the full spectrum of HR for its local operations.
About the job
This role will be reporting to the VP HR and working closely with another Payroll Executive. You will:
- Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, salary review, budget planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations, leave and training grants
- Provide administrative, IT, office and facility management support as required
- Oversee the visitor reception and provide executive administrative support
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with HR generalist experience
- Good communication skills and relationship management
- Bilingual as role will be required to interact with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Initiative, independent and self-motivated
