Job Title: Project Admin Assistant(ID4560)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.15am – 6.00pm
Salary: $2200-$2500
Responsibilities:
• Able to interact with customers, handle callers’ enquiry, orders or complaints
• Prepare Delivery orders and Invoices
• Prepare quotations for local customers
• Support Sales and Marketing team on sales calls and appointment/travel arrangement
Requirements
• Minimum GCE N or O level
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Independent, resourceful & a good team player is a must
• Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn
