Job Responsibilities: -
- Able to handle full sets of accounts
- Process and issue invoice and update entries into XERO accounting software
- Tally accounts receivable with Purchase Orders/ Delivery Order
- Assist to setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
- Follow-up payments with clients
- Responsible in annual financial reportings
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements: -
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Familiar with XERO Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
- Able to work both in a team environment
