The Regional Procurement Manager will lead the regional procurement teams, developing and implement regional and global sourcing strategy as optimizing total value creation. The manager needs to coach and mentor the regional team, connect with the global Procurement premixes organization and ensure full alignment on regional business priorities.

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the global Direct Procurement targets by identifying, developing, and implementing regional value creation opportunities.
- Ensure the regional Procurement team alignment with the regional business priorities and contribute to defined Customer-Segments and prioritized Global/Reginal customers for business grow and profitability.
- Steer the relationship among COO / Ops / Procurement to maximize the procurement support from PTO to ODT processes.
- Support the local premix buyers and be accountable for cross-functional team management within the spend area responsibility.
- Translate the global sourcing strategies into real actions in the region and keep the global team aligned with the regional priorities.

You bring
- Bachelor degree preferably in business administration, commerce, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of substantial professional experience in Procurement, team management and preferable experience in Direct procurement. Experience in international matrix organizations.
- Strong leadership.
- Externally and business oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
