Job Description
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement flexible marketing strategies to effectively promote products and services offered by franchise stores.
- Create and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies tailored to the needs and objectives of franchisees.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the industry.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with franchisees' teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
Operations Support Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive operational support for franchise stores, including overseeing product delivery, managing order processing, and handling invoice processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and ensure efficient store operations.
- Support franchisees with accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in smooth delivery operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development Support:
- Provide support for business development initiatives in neighbouring countries, including market research, partner identification, and relationship management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of expansion strategies to drive business growth and market presence.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment where one can take on various tasks flexibly and create from scratch.
