- To manage daily operations with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
- Be well versed in knoeledge of technology such as software application and etc.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders to maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Control operating expenses with measures to reduce wastage.
- Be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced enviromental, able to plan and prioritise with sensitivity towards priority and time optimization.
- Organize trip itinerary, and individual and group activities as needed.
- Be an adaptable problem-solver who is results-oriented; Be highly organized with the management of calender, tasks, note-taking, reminders.
What we are looking for:
- Mininum of five years secretarial experience at the executive level preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- An independent, self motivated, organised and resourceful individual who has strong time management skills and can work well with minimal supervision
- Able to travel in short notice given
- Able to communication with Chinese and Cambodian clients or business partner
