Responsibilities
- Handle First Class check in and lounge operations, and coordinate/liaise with ground & traffic staff.
- Attend to, follow up and liaise with relevant departments on all passenger requests, queries and feedback,Attend to phone calls
- Assist/Engage with customers waiting to be checked in,assist passengers in a flight delay situation
- Monitor gate changes, passenger boarding and any aspect of the flight situation involving lounge passengers
- Ensure accurate and clear conveyance of information over the PA system
- Receive, handle and handover advices and cases
Lounge Entrance
- Welcome reception (and escort, where necessary) and administrative service.
- Conduct lounge access eligibility checks and records.
- Attend to passenger queries and feedback and liaise with other departments for help if needed.
Lounge Area
- Proactively engage passengers.
- Perform check-in/related duties,assist passengers to obtain seats, especially during peak period.
- Attend to, follow up and liaise with relevant department on all passenger requests, queries and feedback.
- Escort VIP passengers, and advise relevant departments.
- Assist passengers with special needs, and monitor wheelchair/Meet-and-Assist requests.
