Position: E&I Engineer

Job Description:
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an E&I Engineer to work on projects on site with a client. In summary, you will be collaborating with peers to design and validate new experimental techniques, and adhere to rigorous quality control standards to ensure the integrity and purity of cell cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of engineering systems with Asset Care
- Draft SOP, Work Instructions, PM task list and RA for new plant production startup
- Perform Criticality Level Instrument Assessment (CLIA) to finalize instrument calibration test point and PM program
- Engineering Lead Investigator on E&I equipment for Quality & Safety Incidents with certified six-sigma methodologist (DMAIC)
- Conduct Process & Safety Hazard & Operability Studies (HAZOP) to identify inaccurate design parameters and proposing hard/soft interlock to lower risk matrix
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry). ·
- Min 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
- Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
