New opening Japanese Yo-shoku restaurant. Around 80 pax of capacity.
Job Descriptions
- Handle restaurant operations
- Lead and guide a team of Servers/Kitchen
- Handle preparation and ensure high quality and company standards\
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers/and provide a training to all staff
- Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
- Guide and monitor work performance of all staff
- Handle and manage all sales figure including FL Cost /Sales
Job Requirements
- Graduated at least Secondary school
- Report to the Japanese directors
- At least 5 years of relevant working experiencese)
- Quality-driven,Can do attitude and customer-oriented mind-set
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple-task

Working hours
Working Hour/Standard Condition:
- 7:30-23:30(as Rotating Shift)
- 5days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)/principal
