- Admin Assistant (Administration & Office Support)

- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices to customers
- Prepare salary to staffs
- Simple Accounting Data Entry
- Responding to email requests and inquiries
- Sorting out chit orders of various companies according to dates and places.
- General administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
