New opening Japanese Yo-shoku restaurant. Around 80 pax of capacity.
Job Descriptions
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations of the restaurant
- Guiding a team of Cooks in delivering great quality dishes to customers
- Handling food preparation and ensuring company standard (following training manual)
- Working close with all team members from both Front of the House and Back of the House to ensure smooth operations and exceed customers’ expectation
- Guiding and monitoring work performance of all staffs
- Conducting opening and closing inventory of beverage and managing stock ordering
- Maintaining of the hygiene and tidiness of kitchen area and storage area
- Ensuring compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
- Ensuring company’s policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
Job Requirements
- Graduated at least Secondary school
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity(serve for 80-100pax restaurant) kitchen in which 3 years in managerial level
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, quality-focused and a multitasker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working hours
Working Hour/Standard Condition:
- 7:30-23:30(as Rotating Shift)
- 5days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)/principal
